QUALITY CONTROL

INSPECTIONS AT ALL STAGES
Quality control is carried out in strict compliance with the technical specifications provided by the customer, we provide detailed information about the product, photos and videos, and the address of the manufacturer.
The process is divided into 3 stages
1
Initial check
The check is made before the prepayment is transferred. The purpose of the inspection is to make sure that the customer's conditions for the quality of raw materials are met, and the equipment of the production corresponds to the declared capacities and indicators.

Quality control
The second stage of verification is performed when part of the product is already made. We check the conformity of the product quality with the stated requirements of the customer.
3
Final check
The final check is made before sending the finished product. Full inspection of the cargo, packaging, conditions of loading into containers.
Checking the legal component
  • We request from the company all the statutory documents, the certificate of registration, the certificate of registration with the tax authorities.
  • We make a request to the administration to get the characteristics of the enterprise. We find out whether there were any conflicts with the authorities.
  • We send a request to the tax authorities regarding the discipline of fiscal payments. Having data on the volume of taxes paid and exports of products outside the country, we find out the level of openness of the enterprise.
  • We find out the export volumes through the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Bureau of Statistics.
  • We request information from trade unions and associations, contact the management and collect a detailed description.
  • We check the local media, collect all available data about the company (relationship history, reviews, performance, etc.).
  • We send a request to the police station for the company's requests to search for its employees (there are incidents when managers stole money that the customer transferred to them from abroad and ran away with them).
  • If necessary, we personally visit the factory.
